I'm Happy To Be Wrong

We are all performing research on ourselves and have results as proof. We are all scientists conducting case studies.

Over the past few weeks, as I was laying out how to eat and when to eat, I got emails from people telling me I’m wrong.

Animal protein is bad. Carbs are not bad. Fasting is impossible.

Vegans are especially spirited in their disdain although one person I spoke with by phone hoped I wouldn't be mad at him because he didn't eat meat which was endearing.

Here’s the thing.

I'm writing about what has worked for me and for others who are a part of a loosely banded group who’ve benefited mightily from making this stuff habitual.

Aside from the routine, all of us share one thing in common:

We are all performing research on ourselves and have results as proof. We are all scientists conducting case studies.

Some people have a lot of difficulty getting and staying healthy, so it's important to me to share what has worked for me because it may work for others.

It’s great if you are on a different path and it is working for you. In that instance, I am happy to be wrong.
